Issue: When using O365 Outlook online to send email, the signature block doesn’t show as it seems like the online version of Outlook does not support images in the signature block. Our IT team is looking for a 3rd party vendor to fix this issue, but I am wondering if anyone else has been able to solve this problem without a 3rd party, and would be willing to share the steps for fixing this issue. Thanks you!——————————

Kara: Before I you get a 3rd party why not give :feedback” to Office 365 and see if the will fix the issue. I have O365 and my signature block shows?

I ran into this some months ago, and, as far as I could tell, in Office 365, you have to set up your Outlook signature separately. It doesn’t carry over from Outlook on the desktop. I also ran into the problem of not being able to paste in a logo, though I saw traffic on another forum that this latter issue was recently resolved, so you may just want to try again. If you still can’t add a logo, try switching browsers. IE allowed me to paste in a logo just fine. I was then able to switch back to Chrome and use Outlook with my complete signature.——————————

For clarity, graphics (logos or whatever) work fine in Outlook Online. Where there comes an issue is using either the MS native client on a mobile device, or the browser on a mobile device. Then graphics can become an issue. However, with using Outlook Online through a browser on an iOS device, there is a cludgy workaround that can work for getting the graphics to show up. Nothing that I’m aware of will work on an Android device doing it NATIVELY. However, there are lots of services out there you can subscribe to that have created cloud-based ways to work around this.
Hope that helps.
Lorne,
Thank you for clarifying this issue for me. That is exactly what we are running across is the mobile piece (using both IOS and android devices). Would you be willing to share the IOS workaround? Also, are the services you mention for android all paid services? Any help on this is appreciated. Thanks! Kara
